I had the honor of getting to shoot portraits for GRAMMY winner Dom Flemons. Dom is one of the nicest and most genuine people I have worked with as a photographer. He never stopped smiling and laughing and sharing stories about his life and music. Even though I was only with him for about an hour, it is not hard to know what a ray of joy this man must be in the world.
He was so kind as to send me a DM the next day saying that he had been to a cool-looking record store and thought I might want to use it for photos in the future for another client. 
His music is truly inspirational, it keeps history alive. He strikes the perfect balance of writing his own original music, and covering old songs that might have been lost in history without him.
